Sea Scallops with Watercress

So Ying and I are infatuated with Watercress salads. About a year ago, i made her this dish for an anniversary dinner. Since then she has been hooked on this!

So in general this dish includes a watercress salad on the bottom with a lime/champagne orange viniagrette. Some hot crispy bacon is mixed into the salad to add some bacon fat and some flava. Seared Sea Scallops are put on top, then finally a lil more dressing is put onto the dish. I love this dish!
