Oooohhhhhh boy let me tell you this was some good taco's! We got some good organic chicken drumsticks from trader joes for a buck/pound. Deboned the meat and did that special spicy mexican rub. She pan fried the chicken until it was slightly charred on the outside yet still juicy and flavorful. Fried up some hash browns for texture(similar to aldaberto's in sac for the cali burrito) and made a fresh guacomole with cilantro jalapenos tomatoes and onions(delicious!!!!!!). Finish everything off with some pico de gallo and some lettuce on the outside. This was one great taco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We will soon be opening up a healthy taco stand.
